Mark L. Olson, President & CEO, LTO Ventures

Linda Chernin has more than 50 yrs of experience in both building a warehouse/factory from the ground up, along with running a successful manufacturing business. She is an active community member who gives generous of her time in supporting families who have children with disabilities.

Carol Grossmeyer, retired CEO and co-owner of Porchlight Books (formerly Schwartz Bookshop / 800CEORead and designer of our bookshops over the years.

Randi Kramer, sibling of adult with IDD and MA in Special Education 

Jaynie Skadron raised her family in Appleton. She has two sons, Benjamin who is a masters degree therapist and Sam who is in flight school. She was very active at the Moses Montefiore Synagogue where she served on the ritual committee, taught Hebrew school for years, and ran the kitchen. She is a Le Cordon Bleu trained professional chef and recently retired from a 15 year catering business. An avid athlete, she has completed 35 marathons and 10 Ironman competitions. She has a very special place in her heart for Sol, Shari’s son. “He would text me and ask if I wanted to watch him play baseball or watch him bowl  and join him at the final banquet. I was honored when Shari asked me to join this organization and in Sol’s honor, it makes my heart happy.”
